 Elders approved membership applicants that have been interviewed

 Board updated on recent candidate interview

 Search committee awaiting follow-up from second candidate

• Building Project

 Project bids and costs reviewed

 Board approved moving forward with base project (office, youth, children and commons areas)

 Bill F. informed board of current donations received for project

 March financial report reviewed and accepted

 Brouwer’s will be leaving soon for UAE

 Report received on two possible missionaries were seeking support

• Pastor’s Report

 Aaron K.’s ordination council has recommended him for ordination and board approved motion to ordain

Aaron Kleinheksel as a pastor

 Aaron K. ordination will occur on April 26

 Church to be updated about building project on April 26 and how it will affect certain church areas
