Our Rooted Fall Party has been rescheduled for Friday, November 1st!

If you are a family with children (or babies) in high school or younger, you’re invited to join us for our Fall Party!

Where: Post Family Farms, 5081 Bauer Rd. Hudsonville, MI

When: Friday, November 1st, 6:00 pm

What: Hayride, Bonfire, Preschool Train Ride, Corn Maze, Barn Dance, Hot Chocolate, and Post Farm’s Famous Donuts!

We hope this event will help family members to connect with each other and other Immanuel families!
