Pastor of Adult Discipleship

The Church

Immanuel Church began over 90 years ago with a commitment to God's word. It has remained a place to gather and learn through excellent expository preaching and engaging worship, community building, contributing, and caring for those in our community and world. Immanuel is multi-generational and is home to many young families and many who have been faithfully committed to God and the church for years.

Immanuel is blessed by consistent finances and stable leadership with a strong history of support for local and global gospel partnerships.

Immanuel is a non-affiliated church committed to a conservative baptistic doctrine and vibrant expressions of faith.

The Community

Immanuel is located in Holland, Michigan (west, lower peninsula). Holland is home to one of the best freshwater beaches in the US and transforms into a mid-west destination for many during the summer months. The greater Holland area is a diverse community where families grow their roots deep and establish life-long friendships. Holland area is also known for its excellent public and private Christian schools. A larger city (Grand Rapids) is nearby and one of America's quickest growing cities, with semi-pro sports and large-scale event venues. Chicago is only a 2 1/2 hour drive to our south and Detroit 2 1/2 hours east.
