covid-19 updates

(AS OF 11/19/2020)

The Leadership of Immanuel Church is committed to the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being of our church family as well as the greater Holland/Zeeland/Hamilton community. Therefore, with the COVID-19 cases on the rise in our own community, and through much prayer, discussion with other church leaders, and local Health Care providers, we are making a few changes.

Sunday morning services will continue at 9 & 11 am. Nursery for children ages 9 months - 4 years old will remain open in the 9 am service. Please remember to save your seat to help us maintain reduced capacity and physical distance in our services. We will continue to keep one row and three empty seats between family units.

We appeal to you that you wear a mask while in transitional spaces throughout the building. Masks can be removed once seated, except for the balcony, where masks are required for the entire service.

If you are uncomfortable meeting in person at this time, you can still connect to the livestream on Facebook and YouTube

Immanuel Kids on Sunday night is paused until after the holiday season.

EIKON Youth Group will take a pause from in-person gathering but is looking for ways to meet virtually through the end of the year. More details will come from Aaron, or you can email questions to

ABF classes, small groups, micro groups, and the Ladies Prayer group are encouraged to meet virtually through the holiday season. Please email to plug into a group.

We have canceled the Ladies Bible Study that was scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 24.

We understand that for our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being that gathering in community is vital. So please find ways to meet these needs through intentional clusters or pods.

If you have needs, either physically, emotionally, or spiritually, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please send any requests or concerns to, and we will connect you with someone on the Leadership Team.
